Return & Exchanges Policy

At Varldens, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Restocking Fee

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product falls under the following categories:

a. Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Items

  • If the product you received does not match the description on our website, such as the wrong item, material, or size, we will assist you.
  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or has visible defects in print, such as blurring or misplacement.
  • If the product’s print peels or is damaged after the first wash.

b. Wrong Size

  • If the product's measurements differ by more than 1.5" from our size guide, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

c. Non-fitting Items (T-shirts and Tank Tops Only)

  • Non-fitting t-shirts or tank tops may be returned or exchanged. Please note that this applies only to these product categories.

d. Damage During Shipping

  • If the item was damaged in transit, or if the packaging is visibly compromised, you may refuse the delivery or contact us within 30 days for support.

3. Products Eligible for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, with the original packaging and neck label intact.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

4. Return Process

If your product meets our return eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us

    • Email us at support@varldens.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
    • Attach photos showing the damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, including packaging labels and measurements, if applicable.
  2. Verification

    • Our team will verify that your product qualifies for a return. Upon approval, we will offer either a refund or a replacement, which will be processed within 7 business days.
    • You do not need to return the original item unless specifically requested.

Note: Products returned without our verification are ineligible for support. For exchanges, if the replacement item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the price difference.

5. International Orders

For orders shipped outside the US, we offer return support for defective or unwanted products within 60 days of delivery.
